The machine always works perfectly, and if there is a query, BRM Lasers’ support is quick and effective. “The BRM laser has been here for over a year now and, apart from the initial installation, we’ve never needed them to come back for service or anything else, because the machine simply always works perfectly. There was one occasion when we weren’t quite sure how to perform a particular operation. The support we received over the phone was so good that we had it sorted within 10 minutes,” says Henny with satisfaction.
