You want to keep getting the most out of your laser machine. That’s why we recommend an annual service. This will help you keep your machine in good condition, achieve the cutting and engraving results you want, and extend the machine’s lifespan. What’s more, you’ll always receive a 10% discount on consumables and spare parts. That way, you’ll get even more out of your subscription.

How does it work? It’s very simple!

When you take out a maintenance subscription, we’ll carry out an annual inspection, including preventive maintenance. Just let us know which month suits you best, and we’ll get in touch in good time to arrange an appointment. We’ll be in touch again next year. You won’t have to worry about a thing.

 

This subscription is taken out for one year at a time. Would you like to cancel it? You can! The notice period is at least one month before the end date of the current annual contract.

So, for example:
• Delivery of your new machine or the first inspection takes place on 15 May
• The start date and (annual) invoicing date will be 1 June
• Cancellable up to 30 April of the following year
• Without written notice, the subscription automatically renews for another year

With a subscription, you not only benefit from excellent regular maintenance but also from a 10% discount on consumables and parts. So you enjoy ongoing benefits!

 

Initial check for an existing machine

Great that you want to take out a subscription. This will benefit your machine and your results. Is it an existing machine and have we not carried out any maintenance on this BRM laser machine in the past 12 months? Then we will carry out an initial check. This allows us to assess the condition of your machine and determine whether a subscription is worthwhile. If this is not the case, we will discuss the next steps. The costs of the initial check consist of call-out charges, hourly rates and parts. You will receive the invoice afterwards.

What can you expect?

During the annual service, we inspect your machine, carry out preventive maintenance and provide you with advice. The following points are covered:

✓ Inspection of the electrical cabinet
✓ Checking the lubrication of guides and spindles
✓ Checking the water cooler and the cooling water
✓ Check of mirror alignment and the condition of the mirrors and lenses
✓ Check that the worktable is parallel to the axes
✓ Check of the machine’s laser power by means of a cutting test
✓ Check of the dimensions and squareness of the cutting results
✓ Checking the engraving quality

The standard rate is €387.50. This includes call-out charges and excludes VAT. You will receive an invoice every year on the start date of your subscription. Do you have multiple BRM laser machines at a single location for which you wish to take out a subscription? Please contact us so that we can provide you with a suitable quote. We will rectify any faults immediately, where possible. With a subscription, you always receive a 10% discount on parts and consumables. You will receive an invoice for any necessary parts and additional time afterwards. Naturally, we will discuss with you on site what is required. That way, there will be no surprises.
