Since the introduction of the Raspberry Pi in 2012, Kiwi Electronics has been a leader in selling Raspberry Pi products through its webshop. Initially a hobby, it has since grown into a full-fledged dealership. Other major brands sold include Arduino, Makeblock, littleBits, SparkFun, Adafruit, Snap Circuits, and Seeed Studio (Grove). Kerstens most frequently creates custom solutions for the Raspberry Pi. While standard enclosures are available, if a different shield is added, the standard version no longer fits. In those cases, they create a custom enclosure. The same applies to Arduino, where prototyping is often involved, and a custom enclosure or board may be required to neatly house all the components.
